BREAKING: Explosion Collapses 2 Buildings in New York (Updated)

This story is developing right now, but an explosion as taken down two buildings on the Upper East Side of New York City. 1644 and 1646 Park Avenue (at 116th Street) have been reduced to rubble on Wednesday morning.
