The First Presidential Scandals And What Might Come.

As scandalpalooza marches on, I would like to take you back to what was possibly the first scandal, in my opinion, that could and should have been a much bigger deal than it was.   This scandal hinged around the Black Panthers, their voter intimidation in Pennsylvania and the lack of prosecution by the Eric Holder led Department of Justice. Why I call this a scandal is because America is supposed to be known for fair elections and the fact that a vast majority of the elections are above board. In 2008, in Philadelphia, outside of a polling place,...

What Does Several Thousand Years Of Precedence Mean

Today the Supreme Court started to hear arguments about Prop Eight from California. They will also rule on the constitutionality of the Defense of Marriage Act.   All day I have been listening and watching the media on both sides of the isle. There is no doubt which side the reporters in the mainstream/drive-by/government run media line up on. Most of these people are progressive, hence they all believe that the homosexuals should be able marry. In politics and in life, the squeaky wheel gets the grease and it seems that the many constituency groups of the democrat...

Republican Apologetics

Moral or social issues are and must remain a big deal. Without morals, it is easier for a person to condone the government’s taking of income rightfully earned by an individual, at the point of a gun, and redistribute it to someone who did not earn it. Another part of the moral dilemma problem for Republicans is the defense of conservative values and beliefs. There are so many issues which should be social or moral issues which have made into political issues. A good example of this is abortion. It has been made into a “right” for a...

Knife, Sword, And Axe Control

Back in the Middle Ages, when we the people had come out of the Dark Ages, the leaders and people were able carry knives, swords, and axes as their main weapons…and I don’t think they had “control” issues. Even the Pope had no comment on the lack of the issue. I seem to believe that if there had been a group that had dissented, there may have been a “mob” that could’ve hunted them down. Yes, those people would’ve been brought to what type of justice they had at the time. The point is that “control” of the medieval weapons didn’t exist. If it didn’t exist then, why does it today. We know why, the liberals hate the second amendment. Look, I don’t own a gun but I want the right to own one. I know a lot of people who own the guns and there is no way in heck that they would give them...

Another Type Of Hate.

Even though there are people who do not want to see it, the current President -Elect ran his entire campaign on fear. For that matter, most of the democrat party did the same thing.   There are many types of fear.  One of which is union fear.   We saw this in what happened in Wisconsin with Scott Walker and we are currently seeing this here in Louisiana with Governor Bobby Jindal and his school choice voucher initiative. Before we saw the voucher initiative passed, we saw they usual people and groups line up against it.  That is...
