Had to drive to Ohio on business and, of course, took the camera. Spotted the Ottawa Wildlife Preserve on the map and planned on heading there. Got there just before sunset on an overcast, rainy day.

Metzger Marsh is part of the Ottawa preserve. I came looking for birds, and found many. Herons, egrets, huge trumpeter swans, coots and ducks. But I also saw a bunch of beavers. This is one. Taken from the car on Bono Road which runs along the marsh.
